When I think of flow I picture myself gliding perfectly around a banked dirt trail on my mountain bike - bike body separation in perfect harmony, soft smile on my lips, looking & feeling a bit badass, and the subtle sense of mastery, exhiliration, and ease. Now sometimes those moments end up with deep scabs, displaced handlebars, and the perfect load of laundry for testing a new detergent - but in my head - the former is FLOW and it’s what I strive for when I mount up. The not so easy question becomes - how do I find that in the everyday? Perhaps a less obvious answer, but maybe a more important one to seek.
