We want you to absolutely LOVE all of your items!
On the off chance you do not... we have a 30-day return policy on most items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.&nbsp; &nbsp;Special orders and items marked FINAL SALE are not returnable.&nbsp; Orders of more than 3 of the same item are considered a special order.&nbsp;&nbsp; To be eligible for a return, we prefer that your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.&nbsp;
If you tried the product and did not like it, please send us a note so we can discuss alternative options or facilitate a return. Exceptions / non-returnable items Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards or on orders with large quantities of the same item.&nbsp; We do not accept dental products, feminine care or intimacy products, or items from the following brands:&nbsp; Higher Dose, Ultrahuman, Echo Water, Austin Air, Heavenly Heat, 360 Cookware, Field Company or Evaya.
