Laundry

Laundry is an important switch as toxic detergents can cause skin irritations and perpetuate auto-immue issues, allergies, and even sleep.   Keep in mind, with most of these you need much less than traditional detergents.  For example with the liquid detergent: 20ml (1 children's tylenol cup full) for a medium size load & 40 ml (2 cup fulls) for a large load!

STEP 1: pick the format that you like best for detergent

STEP 2: replace dryer sheets for wool dryer balls.  You can even put a few drops of essential oils on the dryer balls if you like a scent.
