Our clean standard
It's not a vibe — it's a standard. Every product is screened against a published list of ingredients we won't carry: undisclosed "fragrance," parabens, formaldehyde-releasers, and other known irritants and endocrine disruptors. If it doesn't pass, it doesn't make the shelf. See our How Clean Is Clean page for the full standard.
We vet every brand before it's listed — reviewing full ingredient lists, sourcing, and third-party certifications. We favor brands that disclose everything and avoid the ingredients on our no-list. It's a curation, not a catalog. In most cases we get to know the founders personally and fully understand how they develop, produce, and operate as brands.
Yes — our Live Free Skincare products are Made Safe® certified, meaning they're screened against thousands of known harmful chemicals. Marketplace brands carry their own certifications, noted on each product page.
No. We don't carry products that test on animals, and our house line is cruelty-free.

Yes. Live Free Skincare was formulated to be effective without the harsh actives that leave skin red and stripped — a great fit for teens, sensitive skin, and anyone simplifying their routine. As always, patch test when trying something new.

Every product page lists its complete ingredients — nothing hidden behind "fragrance" or a "proprietary blend." If anything's unclear, just ask.
Shipping & returns
Shipping is free on U.S. orders over $100; a flat rate applies below that. Orders ship within 1–2 business days, and you'll get tracking by email as soon as it's on its way.
Yes, we ship our marketplace products internationally. Our Live Free brand is US only at this point, but join our newsletter to be the first to know when that may change!
We want you to love it. If something isn't right, reach out within 30 days of delivery and we'll do our best to make it right with a replacement or refund.

Sustainability
We choose recyclable and recycled materials wherever we can, keep filler to a minimum, and favor sustainable materials over single-use plastic. We're always working to do better — and will continue doing so.
Larger format refills are something we offer with many of our brands.
Beyond packaging, we curate for longevity — multi-use products and complete routines mean fewer half-used bottles in the back of the cabinet. Curation is its own kind of sustainability.
Store & wholesale
Yes! Visit us in Park City, UT — 1476 Newpark Blvd, Ste 100, open Monday–Saturday, 10a–5p. Come swatch, sniff, and ask us anything.
We do. If you run a shop, spa, or studio and want to carry Live Free Skincare, email dana@freelivingco.co with "Wholesale" in the subject and we'll send our line sheet.
Yes — digital gift cards are available and delivered by email. Perfect when you're not sure which shade of clean someone wants. We also sell physical gift cards in store.
