Light the tip of the incense stick and let the flame catch for a few seconds, then gently blow it out so the end glows and releases its fragrant smoke. Rest the smoldering stick in a heat-safe incense holder or dish. Each stick burns clean for about 50–60 minutes. Always burn on a heat-safe surface, away from flammable materials, and never leave burning incense unattended.
