How to use
Set the panel on its adjustable stand and position it 6 to 12 inches from the area you want to target. Choose red, near-infrared, or both wavelengths, then set the brightness (10%, 50%, or 100%) and the built-in timer (5 to 30 minutes). Sit or stand in front of the light for your session, keeping eyes closed or using eye protection when treating the face. Use consistently for best results; the built-in cooling fans run during use to manage heat.
