Instructions for use
Roll the mat with the cork facing outward to protect the surface and prevent creasing or cracking — never fold it. Clean after every practice, especially after sweating: spray generously with an all-natural mat cleaner, then wipe down with a cloth, firm but gentle. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners, which can damage the cork. Lay the mat flat to dry completely before rolling it to store. Keep it out of prolonged direct sunlight and excessive heat (like a hot car), which can warp its shape.
