Apply with your favorite brushes. For a wing or soft cat eye, use an angled liner brush; for a smoky look, apply with a smudge brush and diffuse with a soft shadow brush. With a little practice it can also be smudged on with fingertips. Build in thin layers to let the crème formula set. If you have hooded or oily lids, dust translucent powder on top to lock it in.
