Description
Built for stability and consistency, the flat-bottomed dripper features a unique hole and bump pattern for no clog drainage and optimal extraction. Use the ratio aid to get the correct amount of coffee, and let the steep slope and vacuum insulation create the ideal brewing environment. Whether you're a coffee expert or novice, Stagg [X] and [XF] Drippers will help you kick your pour-over recipe up a notch.
Instructions for use
Set a paper filter in the dripper, rinse it with hot water, and discard the rinse water to remove any papery taste and warm the vessel. Add medium-ground coffee and level the bed. Pour just enough water at about 200°F to saturate the grounds, then let them bloom for 30 to 45 seconds. Continue pouring in slow, steady circles until you reach your desired volume, then lift the dripper, let it finish draining, and serve. Rinse and air dry after each use.
Why we love this product
Pour-over, perfected. Fellow's Stagg Dripper is engineered for an even, balanced extraction, helping water flow at just the right pace so you pull a clean, flavorful cup every single morning. We love that it turns coffee into a slow, intentional ritual instead of a rushed habit, and that it's a beautiful, plastic-free brewer built to last for years. Endlessly reusable and effortlessly good-looking on the counter, it's exactly the kind of considered everyday object a clean-living kitchen is made for.
