Wash, exfoliate, and shave (if you shave) several hours before applying. Apply a quarter-size amount onto a tanning mitt or applicator brush. Work in sections from the legs up using long, sweeping motions for streak-free color, blending lightly at the wrists, ankles, hands and knees. Wait at least an hour before showering, swimming, or sweating. Color develops over 6–8 hours; reapply after about an hour for a deeper glow.
