Instructions for use
Use a pea-sized amount on your toothbrush. Brush thoroughly two to three times a day, ideally about 30 minutes after meals. Spit out, but do not rinse afterward — leaving a thin coating of hydroxyapatite on your teeth lets the minerals keep working.
