Before first use and between cycles, sanitize each cup by boiling in water for 4-5 minutes (no more than 7). To insert, wash your hands, then fold the cup (try the C-fold, punch-down, or 7-fold); water makes insertion easier. Sitting, squatting, or standing, gently insert the folded cup rim-first, angled toward your tailbone, and let it open to form a seal. Wear up to 12 hours. To remove, wash your hands, gently pinch the base to release the seal, then rinse. Between insertions, rinse in cold water first to prevent staining, then wash with warm water and a mild soap, clearing the air holes. Avoid vinegar, bleach, and heavily fragranced cleansers.
