Glide the pencil along your upper or lower lash line, or use it to fill and define brows — it applies smoothly with no tugging. Build the color as needed and smudge to soften for a smoky look. To set it and help prevent smudging, lightly press a mineral powder (such as eyeshadow, foundation, or Multi-Task Powder) over the liner. Use the built-in sharpener at the base of the pencil to keep a clean point.
