Pull about 18 inches of floss from the dispenser and wrap the ends around your middle fingers, leaving 2 to 3 inches between your hands. Hold it taut and guide it between your teeth with a gentle zigzag motion, curving around the base of each tooth and just below the gumline. To refill: open the dispenser, remove the empty spool, drop in a new 30m refill, thread the floss through the cutter slot leaving a 2 to 3 inch tail, and close.
