Shake well before using. Dilute 2 tablespoons in 4 oz of water, juice, or tea — or take it straight and chase with a little water. Cleanse: take 2 tbsp daily until the bottle is gone. Ongoing liver support: take 2 tbsp every other day for an extended period. Maintenance: take 2 tbsp weekly, or more often as needed. Refrigerate after opening.
