Instructions for use
Scoop the balm with the spatula and apply to dry skin. Gently massage all over your face, including the eye area, in circular motions until makeup melts into the nourishing oils. Add warm water to transform the balm into a milky lather, then rinse with cool water. No double cleanse needed.
