Instructions for use
Peel off the paper backing and press the pad adhesive-side down into the center of your underwear, then fold the wings underneath and press to secure. Change every few hours or as needed. Heavy absorbency is designed for your heaviest-flow days. Wrap used pads and dispose of in the trash; do not flush.
