Wash your hands before and after insertion. Extend the applicator fully by pulling the inner tube until it stops. Insert using the applicator, positioning the tampon comfortably in the vaginal canal, then remove and dispose of the applicator. To remove the tampon, gently pull the string. Change your tampon every 4–8 hours and never wear one for more than 8 hours. Light is designed for light-flow days or the beginning and end of your cycle.
