Unroll the mat on a flat, clean surface and you're ready to practice. For extra traction, lightly mist water or grip spray where your hands and feet land — cork grips more the wetter it gets. After class, lightly spray with Yoloha mat cleaner or a natural cleaner and lay flat to dry. Roll loosely to store and never fold. Keep it out of excessive heat and direct sun, like a hot car.
