Unroll or unfold the mat on a flat surface and start your practice; it's slim enough to fold into a carry-on and light enough to drop in a tote. For added traction, lightly mist water or grip spray where your hands and feet go, since cork grips more when damp. After class, lightly spray with Yoloha mat cleaner or a natural cleaner and lay flat to dry. Roll or fold loosely to pack, and keep it out of excessive heat and direct sun.
