No PFAS, no Teflon, no synthetic coatings — just American-made iron pre-seasoned with organic grapeseed oil that grows naturally nonstick with use, and guaranteed to last a lifetime.

Materials & construction: 100% raw cast iron, sand-cast in the USA from recycled iron using traditional green-sand casting. The cooking surface is machined smooth in the vintage style, then pre-seasoned with three coats of organic grapeseed oil for a naturally non-stick, ready-to-cook finish. Thinner, lighter sidewalls than typical modern cast iron. Free from PFOA, PTFE, PFAS, and synthetic non-stick coatings.

Before first use, give your pre-seasoned skillet a quick rinse and dry — it's ready to cook. Cast iron becomes more naturally nonstick the more you use it, so cook often and break it in with seasoning-friendly dishes like cornbread, roasted vegetables, or anything fried. To clean (the Field Method): rinse with warm water and loosen food with a brush (a little dish soap is fine), then use a chain mail scrubber to scuff away stuck-on bits. Heat the pan on the stovetop until fully dry, apply a small dab of seasoning oil, and wipe all surfaces to a thin, matte finish. Avoid soaking, the dishwasher, and prolonged contact with acidic foods to keep your seasoning strong.
