Your Field griddle arrives pre-seasoned with organic grapeseed oil and ready to cook. Designed to span two burners, it gives you a large, flat surface for pancakes, bacon, grilled sandwiches, fajitas, and more. Preheat over medium heat for about 5 minutes (across both burners) for even heating before adding oil or food, and avoid high heat, which causes hot spots. Cook with it often to build the natural non-stick seasoning, and minimize acidic foods like citrus, tomatoes, wine, and vinegar. To clean, brush or rinse away residue (a little dish soap is fine), scuff stuck-on bits with a chain-mail scrubber, dry thoroughly, then rub on a thin layer of seasoning oil before storing.
