Place the pad on top of your mat wherever you want extra cushion — under knees, elbows, hips, or your seat — for poses that put pressure on the joints. Move it freely around your mat as your practice changes. Cork grips more when wet, so a light mist adds traction. After use, lightly spray with Yoloha mat cleaner or a natural cleaner and lay flat to dry.
