Carry your mat in the exterior mat holder and load the roomy interior (fits mats up to about 28" long plus gear) through the zip pocket. The J-zipper lets you pull your mat in and out without fully unzipping, two outside pockets hold valuables, and the bottom grommets let everything air out. Adjust the cotton strap to your shoulder. To clean, lightly spray inside and out with Yoloha or a natural cleaner and wipe down; machine wash gentle in cold water if needed, no bleach, and air dry.
