Use after cooking to keep cast iron clean and build resilient seasoning. Rinse the pan with warm water, then work the chain mail scrubber in small circles over the cooking surface and side walls to dislodge stuck-on food without stripping the seasoning (a little dish soap is fine). Rinse, dry the pan thoroughly on the stovetop, and finish with a thin layer of seasoning oil. Rinse the scrubber clean and let it air-dry.
