Live Free Skincare launched in spring 2026 as the first and only MADE SAFE® certified skincare line made specifically for teens. Founded by Dana Grinnell of Park City, Utah — who created the line after she could not find a teen brand that met the standards of her clean-living marketplace, Free Living Co. — and co-created with 25 teen testers across the country, the line is Leaping Bunny certified cruelty-free and formulated without sulfates, parabens, phthalates, dyes, silicones, or fragrance. The three-step routine — smooth sali cleanser, pore magic toner, and moisturose moisturizer — is designed to leave teen skin looking clear, calm, and healthy. Every bottle is fully home-compostable, zero-petroleum material, and sets arrive packaged in a reusable pouch or silk scarf.

Dana Grinnell is the founder of Live Free Skincare, the first and only MADE SAFE® certified teen skincare line — created when, after vetting hundreds of brands for her non-toxic marketplace Free Living Co., she couldn’t find a single teen line that met the standards for her shelves.
Dana Grinnell spent 17 years in medical device sales — in and out of hospitals, where she saw firsthand the toll environmental toxins are taking on our health. That’s why she founded Free Living Co., a Park City, Utah–based non-toxic marketplace, in 2023, personally vetting hundreds of clean-living brands against rigorous ingredient standards. But when she went looking for a teen skincare line that met those standards, she couldn’t find one. So in March 2026 she launched Live Free Skincare: the first and only MADE SAFE® certified skincare line made specifically for teens, co-created with 25 teen testers, formulated without sulfates, parabens, phthalates, dyes, silicones, or fragrance, and packaged in fully home-compostable material. Her standards are personal: Dana took prescription acne medication as a teen, and traces years of health and fertility struggles back to it. She lives in Park City with her family, where she loves doing anything and everything outdoors and is deeply involved in her kids’ sports — including coaching girls flag football.
